Waldorf INL8100R3-B 800 Series 450mm Single Zone Electric Induction Cooktop Low Back Bench Model

The Waldorf INL8100R3-B is a 450mm single-zone electric induction cooktop from the 800 Series, designed for bench mounting in commercial kitchens. It delivers 3.5kW of power through a 270mm round induction zone beneath a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface, providing rapid, responsive heat precisely where it is needed.

Built to withstand the demands of a professional kitchen, this unit features a 1.2mm stainless steel low-height splashback, heavy-duty construction, and a straightforward control layout that makes it easy to clean, install, and service. Its automatic pan detection and infinitely variable power control give operators both safety and precision in a compact 450mm footprint.

Key Benefits

• Induction heating responds almost instantly, reducing preheating time and keeping service moving during busy periods.
• The cooking surface stays cooler than gas or radiant alternatives, reducing burn risk for kitchen staff and lowering ambient heat in the kitchen.
• Automatic pan detection switches the induction zone off when a compatible vessel is removed, improving safety and saving energy.
• Infinitely variable power control via a large, easy-to-use knob allows precise temperature adjustment for consistent cooking results across every service.
• The 6mm ceramic glass surface wipes clean quickly, minimising cleaning time between services.
• A 15A power connection means the unit can be installed without specialist high-amperage electrical infrastructure.
• Heavy-duty construction and straightforward access make routine maintenance and servicing fast and cost-effective.
• The compact 450mm width fits neatly into tight kitchen configurations or acts as a supplementary cooking station without consuming significant bench space.
