Waldorf Bold INB8400R5F-B 900mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold INB8400R5F-B is a 900mm wide, four-zone commercial induction cooktop designed for bench mounting in high-demand professional kitchens. It combines two 5kW round induction zones (270mm diameter) on the left-hand side with two 5kW full-area square induction zones (260mm) on the right-hand side, delivering a total of 20kW across a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface finished in black.

Built to Waldorf's heavy-duty commercial standard, this cooktop features automatic pan detection, infinitely variable power controls for each zone, and a stainless steel splashback. An alternative configuration with full-area induction on the left and round zones on the right is available to order, giving operators flexibility to match their workflow requirements.

Key Benefits

• Induction technology heats cookware directly rather than the surrounding surface, resulting in a cooler, safer kitchen environment and reduced ambient heat load.
• Automatic pan detection cuts power to any zone the moment cookware is removed, improving energy efficiency and reducing the risk of accidental burns.
• Infinitely variable power control for each individual zone allows chefs to dial in precise, repeatable heat levels for consistent cooking outcomes.
• Four independent high-output 5kW zones provide ample capacity to run multiple pots or pans simultaneously during a busy service period.
• The 6mm ceramic glass cooking surface is smooth and seamless, making post-service cleaning fast and straightforward with no burner grates or drip trays to remove.
• Per-zone indicator lights for heating-on status, pan detection, and error codes give operators immediate visual feedback on cooktop conditions.
• Heavy-duty construction supports the rigours of continuous commercial use, while the design also facilitates straightforward installation and servicing.
• An optional reversed zone layout (full-area on the left, round on the right) is available to order, allowing the unit to be configured to suit a specific kitchen setup.
