Waldorf INB8400R5-B Bold - 900mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Bench Model

Waldorf Bold INB8400R5-B 900mm 4-Zone Electric Induction Cooktop – Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold INB8400R5-B is a 900mm wide bench-mount electric induction cooktop designed for the demands of commercial kitchens. It features four independent 5kW round induction zones, each 270mm in diameter, set beneath a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface that is straightforward to clean and maintain.

Induction technology delivers fast, responsive heat directly to the cookware while keeping the surrounding surface cooler and safer than conventional cooking methods. Each zone is controlled by a large rotary knob offering infinitely variable power, giving chefs precise, repeatable results across a full service.

Key Benefits

• Rapid heat response from induction technology reduces waiting time and speeds up service during peak periods.
• Cooler ambient cooking surface lowers kitchen temperatures and reduces the risk of contact burns for kitchen staff.
• Infinitely variable power control on each zone allows precise heat management for consistent cooking outcomes.
• Automatic pan detection switches off an induction zone the moment cookware is removed, improving energy efficiency and safety.
• Four fully independent 5kW zones provide versatile simultaneous cooking capacity across a compact 900mm footprint.
• Heating-on, pan-detection and error indicator lights give cooks at-a-glance operational status for each zone.
• Flat 6mm ceramic glass surface simplifies post-service cleaning compared to traditional coil or gas cooktops.
• Heavy-duty construction supports the rigorous use and cleaning cycles typical of high-volume commercial environments.
