Waldorf INB8400F-LS Bold - 900mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Leg Stand

Waldorf Bold INB8400F-LS 900mm Electric Induction Cooktop on Leg Stand

The Waldorf Bold INB8400F-LS delivers serious induction cooking performance across four full-area square zones, each rated at 5kW, mounted on a heavy-duty leg stand for a complete freestanding unit. The 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface and infinitely variable power controls give chefs precise, responsive heat management suited to the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens.

Finished in black, the cooktop features automatic pan detection that cuts power to any zone the moment a pan is removed, improving both safety and energy efficiency. Stainless steel legs with four adjustable feet ensure level installation on uneven floors, while the straightforward design keeps cleaning, installation and servicing quick and uncomplicated.

Key Benefits

• Four independent 5kW induction zones provide high-output cooking capacity, supporting simultaneous preparation of multiple dishes at full power.
• Infinitely variable power control per zone allows chefs to dial in precise temperatures, delivering consistent, repeatable results across service.
• Automatic pan detection switches off each zone immediately when cookware is removed, reducing energy waste and eliminating the risk of an unintended hot surface.
• Induction technology transfers heat directly to the pan rather than the surrounding air, resulting in a cooler, more comfortable and safer kitchen environment.
• The 6mm thick ceramic glass surface is smooth and seamless, making it fast and easy to wipe down between services with minimal effort.
• Heating-on, pan detection and error indicator lights give operators immediate visual feedback on the status of each zone, supporting confident and efficient kitchen management.
• Stainless steel legs with four adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled accurately during installation, providing a stable working platform on any floor surface.
• Heavy-duty construction is engineered to withstand the rigours of continuous commercial use, protecting the investment over the long term.
