Waldorf INB8400F-CD Bold - 900mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Cabinet Base

Waldorf Bold INB8400F-CD 900mm Electric Induction Cooktop with Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold INB8400F-CD is a 900mm wide commercial electric induction cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, delivering four independent 5kW full-area square induction zones across a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface. Designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens, it combines rapid, responsive heat with precise power control to support consistent, high-volume cooking.

Built to heavy-duty commercial standards, this unit features automatic pan detection that cuts power to any zone the moment cookware is removed, improving both safety and energy efficiency. The cabinet base with doors provides convenient under-bench storage, while the straightforward design makes cleaning, installation and servicing all notably simple.

Key Benefits

• Infinitely variable power control via large, easy-to-use knobs on each zone gives chefs precise, repeatable heat settings for consistent results.
• Dedicated heating-on, pan detection and error indicator lights allow staff to monitor zone status at a glance without interrupting workflow.
• The 6mm thick ceramic glass surface is smooth and seamless, making it quick to wipe down and maintain hygiene standards between services.
