Waldorf INB8200R5-B Bold - 450mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Bench Model

Waldorf Bold INB8200R5-B 450mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold INB8200R5-B is a 450mm bench-mount electric induction cooktop featuring two independent 5kW round induction zones, each 270mm in diameter, set beneath a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface. Designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments, it delivers fast, responsive heat directly to the cookware while keeping the surrounding surface cooler and safer for kitchen staff.

Built to Waldorf's heavy-duty construction standards, this cooktop offers precise, infinitely variable power control via large, easy-to-use knobs for each zone, making it straightforward to achieve consistent cooking results across a busy service. Automatic pan detection shuts off each induction zone the moment cookware is removed, improving energy efficiency and safety. The smooth ceramic glass surface simplifies cleaning, while the design allows for straightforward installation and servicing.

Key Benefits

• Rapid, energy-efficient induction heat transfers power directly to the pan, reducing heat-up times and lowering energy consumption compared to conventional electric cooktops.
• Automatic pan detection immediately deactivates each zone when cookware is lifted, preventing wasted energy and reducing the risk of accidental burns to staff.
• Cooler ambient cooking surface keeps the kitchen environment more comfortable and reduces the risk of contact burns during a busy service.
• Infinitely variable power control on each zone allows chefs to dial in precise temperatures for consistent, repeatable cooking results.
• Independent dual-zone operation lets two pots or pans be cooked at entirely different heat levels simultaneously, maximising flexibility during service.
• 6mm thick ceramic glass surface is smooth and non-porous, making it quick and easy to wipe down between uses and at end of service.
• Heavy-duty construction is engineered to withstand the rigours of continuous commercial kitchen use.
• Heating-on and pan detection or error indicator lights give the operator clear, at-a-glance feedback on the status of each zone.
