Waldorf INB8200F-LS Bold - 450mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Leg Stand

Waldorf INB8200F-LS Bold 450mm Double Zone Electric Induction Cooktop on Leg Stand

The Waldorf INB8200F-LS Bold is a 450mm wide commercial induction cooktop mounted on a stainless steel leg stand, purpose-built for the demands of busy professional kitchens. The unit houses two independent induction zones, each rated at 5kW and spanning a 270mm diameter square cooking area, all sitting atop a 6mm thick ceramic glass surface that combines durability with effortless cleaning.

Each zone is equipped with automatic pan detection that cuts power the instant cookware is lifted away, reducing energy waste and improving safety for kitchen staff. Large control knobs deliver infinitely variable power adjustment per zone, while dedicated indicator lights display heating status, pan detection state and any error conditions at a glance. The leg stand configuration brings the cooktop to a comfortable working height and removes the need for any bench cutout during installation.

Key Benefits

• Induction technology directs heat into the cookware itself rather than the surrounding surface, producing a cooler and safer working environment for staff.
• When cookware is lifted from either zone, power cuts immediately and automatically, minimising energy consumption and reducing the risk of accidental burns.
• Two fully independent 5kW zones allow simultaneous cooking at different heat levels, making the unit well suited to high-volume service periods.
• Infinitely variable power control on each zone gives chefs precise, consistent heat management across a wide range of cooking techniques.
• The 6mm thick ceramic glass surface withstands the rigours of commercial use and can be wiped clean quickly between services.
• Indicator lights covering heating status, pan detection and error conditions let operators monitor the cooktop's state without interrupting their workflow.
• The leg stand configuration positions the unit at a practical working height and simplifies installation by eliminating the need for bench cutouts.
• Stainless steel legs fitted with four adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled accurately on uneven kitchen floors.
