Waldorf INB8200F-CD Bold - 450mm Electric Induction Cooktop – Cabinet Base

Waldorf Bold INB8200F-CD 450mm Electric Induction Cooktop with Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold INB8200F-CD is a 450mm wide double-zone electric induction cooktop mounted on a cabinet base, engineered for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. It delivers two independent 5kW full-area square induction zones, each measuring 270mm in diameter, across a robust 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface that is straightforward to clean and maintain.

Finished in black and built to heavy-duty commercial standards, this unit combines precise infinitely variable power control with automatic pan detection that cuts power the moment cookware is removed, improving both safety and energy efficiency. The cabinet base with doors provides valuable underbench storage, making this a practical, space-conscious solution for professional cooking operations.

Key Benefits

• Dual independent 5kW induction zones allow two cooking tasks simultaneously, boosting kitchen throughput without additional floor space.
• Infinitely variable power control via large, easy-to-use knobs gives chefs precise heat adjustment for consistent, repeatable results.
• Automatic pan detection instantly switches off each zone when cookware is removed, reducing energy waste and minimising burn risk.
• Induction technology keeps the cooking surface cooler than open flame or radiant alternatives, contributing to a safer and more comfortable kitchen environment.
• The 6mm thick ceramic glass surface is smooth and non-porous, making post-service cleaning fast and straightforward.
• Indicator lights for heating status, pan detection and error codes allow operators to monitor zone activity and respond quickly to faults.
• The integrated cabinet base with doors offers convenient underbench storage, consolidating equipment needs into a single footprint.
