Waldorf INB8100F-B Bold - 450mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Bench Model

Waldorf Bold INB8100F-B 450mm Single Zone Electric Induction Cooktop - Bench Model

The Waldorf Bold INB8100F-B is a compact 450mm bench-mount electric induction cooktop designed for commercial kitchens that demand speed, precision and reliability. Featuring a single 5kW full-area square induction zone with a 270mm diameter cooking surface beneath 6mm thick ceramic glass, this unit delivers powerful, responsive heat directly to the cookware while keeping the surrounding surface cool and safe to touch.

Built to the robust standards of the Waldorf Bold range, the INB8100F-B combines heavy-duty construction with intuitive operation, making it equally well suited to high-volume service environments and venues with limited bench space. Automatic pan detection, infinitely variable power control and straightforward cleaning and servicing ensure the cooktop performs consistently shift after shift.

Key Benefits

• Induction technology transfers heat directly to the pan, delivering faster heat-up times and more responsive temperature adjustments than conventional electric or gas cooktops.
• The cool-to-touch ceramic glass surface significantly reduces burn risk for kitchen staff and contributes to a cooler overall working environment during service.
• Infinitely variable power control via a large, easy-to-use knob gives chefs precise command over cooking temperatures for consistent, repeatable results.
• Automatic pan detection cuts power to the induction zone the moment cookware is removed, improving energy efficiency and preventing unnecessary heat build-up.
• A compact 450mm width maximises usable bench space in smaller or high-density kitchen layouts without sacrificing cooking capacity.
• Heating-on, pan-detection and error indicator lights keep operators informed of zone status at a glance, supporting smooth and safe service.
• The smooth ceramic glass surface wipes clean quickly with minimal effort, reducing cleaning time between services.
• Heavy-duty construction is engineered to withstand the demands of continuous commercial use, supporting long service life and low maintenance.
