Waldorf IN8400R3-CB 800 Series - 900mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Cabinet Base

Waldorf IN8400R3-CB 800 Series 900mm Electric Induction Cooktop with Cabinet Base

The Waldorf IN8400R3-CB is a 900mm commercial electric induction cooktop from the 800 Series, featuring four 3.5kW round induction zones set into a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface. This unit is built on a heavy-duty cabinet base supported by stainless steel legs and four adjustable feet, and is engineered to handle the demands of high-volume professional kitchens with consistent, precise performance.

A 1.2mm stainless steel splashback complements the smooth ceramic glass surface and accessible cabinet base, contributing to a cooktop that is straightforward to clean, install and service. Each zone delivers infinitely variable power control via a large, easy-to-use knob, while automatic pan detection cuts power the moment cookware is removed, improving both safety and energy efficiency.

Key Benefits

• Rapid, responsive induction heating reduces heat-up times and keeps kitchen ambient temperatures lower compared to gas or radiant electric cooking.
• Automatic pan detection immediately deactivates each zone when cookware is lifted, preventing wasted energy and reducing burn risk on the cooking surface.
• Infinitely variable power control on every zone allows chefs to dial in precise heat levels for consistent, repeatable cooking results.
• The cool-to-the-touch ceramic glass surface between active zones significantly reduces accidental burns and improves overall kitchen safety.
• The smooth 6mm ceramic glass cooktop wipes clean quickly, cutting post-service cleaning time and supporting hygiene compliance.
• Dedicated heating-on, pan detection and error indicator lights give operators instant visual feedback on zone status, simplifying monitoring during a busy service.
• Heavy-duty construction combined with four adjustable feet on stainless steel legs ensures stable, level installation on uneven floors.
• The integrated cabinet base provides convenient undercounter storage directly beneath the cooktop, making efficient use of kitchen floor space.
