The Waldorf IN8200F-CB is a 450mm wide commercial electric induction cooktop from the 800 Series, built around two independent 5kW full-area square induction zones mounted on a heavy-duty cabinet base. Both 270mm square zones sit beneath a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface, delivering rapid and precise heat directly to induction-compatible cookware while the surrounding surface stays cool and safe to touch.

Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, the unit features automatic pan detection, infinitely variable power control per zone, and a stainless steel splashback. Four adjustable feet on stainless steel legs allow precise levelling on uneven floors, and the integrated cabinet base provides enclosed under-counter storage. Note that a racking kit is not included. Straightforward construction throughout supports fast cleaning, installation, and servicing.
