Waldorf IN8100F-CB 800 Series - 450mm Electric Induction Cooktop - Cabinet Base

Waldorf IN8100F-CB 800 Series 450mm Single Zone Electric Induction Cooktop with Cabinet Base

The Waldorf IN8100F-CB is a 450mm single zone electric induction cooktop from the 800 Series, mounted on a heavy-duty cabinet base for a complete, self-contained cooking station. It delivers 5kW of induction power across a 270mm square full-area zone, with a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface that is fast, responsive and easy to keep clean.

Designed for the demands of busy commercial kitchens, this unit features automatic pan detection that cuts power the moment cookware is removed, enhancing safety and energy efficiency. Infinitely variable power control via a large rotary knob gives chefs precise command over heat output, while indicator lights provide at-a-glance confirmation of heating status, pan detection and any error conditions.

Key Benefits

• Induction technology heats cookware directly, delivering rapid temperature response and precise control for consistent cooking results.
• Automatic pan detection cuts power to the induction zone immediately when cookware is removed, reducing energy waste and improving kitchen safety.
• The ceramic glass surface stays cooler than traditional cooktops, lowering ambient kitchen heat and reducing burn risk for staff.
• Infinitely variable power control allows chefs to dial in exact heat levels, supporting a wide range of cooking techniques from gentle simmering to high-output searing.
• The smooth 6mm ceramic glass surface has no burners or grates to disassemble, making daily cleaning quick and straightforward.
• Cabinet base construction provides an integrated, stable platform that eliminates the need for a separate equipment stand and offers storage or service access beneath the cooktop.
• Stainless steel splashback and stainless steel legs with four adjustable feet support hygiene standards and allow levelling on uneven floors.
• Indicator lights for heating on, pan detection and error status give operators immediate visual feedback during service.
