The Waldorf GT8600G is a 600mm gas griddle toaster from the Waldorf 800 Series, combining a 16mm thick mild steel griddle plate on top with a built-in toaster unit underneath. Two independent 22 MJ/hr tubular burners fitted with stainless steel radiant reflectors deliver consistent, even heat across the griddle surface, while the toaster section features a chrome wire toasting rack with five adjustable rack positions and an integral crumb tray, making it a highly productive dual-purpose unit for busy commercial kitchens.
Constructed with a 304 stainless steel exterior and designed with serviceability in mind, the GT8600G suits high-volume breakfast and lunch service where simultaneous griddling and toasting are essential. A large-capacity grease collection drawer simplifies cleaning and helps maintain fast turnaround between service periods. Compatible with both natural gas and LPG, the unit ships ready for installation via a standard R 1/2 BSP male gas connection.
