Waldorf GP8900G-B 800 Series 900mm Gas Griddle – Bench Model

The Waldorf GP8900G-B is a heavy-duty 900mm bench model gas griddle from the Waldorf 800 Series, built in New Zealand for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. It features a 20mm thick griddle plate with top weld sealed construction, delivering exceptional heat retention and consistent heat distribution across an 892mm x 530mm cooking surface – ideal for breakfasts, burgers, seafood and a wide range of grilled items.

Powered by an 80MJ/hr thermostatic burner system across three burners, the GP8900G-B offers precise temperature control from 100°C to 290°C and accepts both natural gas and LPG connections. Push-button piezo ignition, a stainless steel grease drawer, heavy-duty reinforced control knobs and a splashback all contribute to fast, efficient service and simple daily cleaning. Optional ribbed or chrome mirror plate configurations are available to suit varying menu requirements.
