The GPLB8600E-LS is a 600mm low back electric griddle from the Waldorf Bold range, mounted on a matching leg stand for a fully integrated commercial kitchen setup. Drawing 7.2kW from its heating elements and built around a 20mm thick machined griddle plate, it delivers consistent, even heat across the cooking surface to handle everything from breakfast service through to burgers and beyond.

Built throughout from 304 stainless steel, this griddle is engineered for easy cleaning, straightforward installation and simple servicing. The leg stand goes together quickly without tools and is fully modular, making it simple to incorporate into a matched Waldorf Bold suite. Optional ribbed plate sections or mirror finish hard chrome plates allow the unit to be specified for a wide range of cooking applications.
