Waldorf GPLB8120E-CD Bold - 1200mm Electric Griddle Low Back Version - Cabinet Base

Waldorf Bold GPLB8120E-CD 1200mm Electric Griddle Low Back Version Cabinet Base

The Waldorf Bold GPLB8120E-CD is a heavy-duty 1200mm electric griddle built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Mounted on a fully modular cabinet base, it features a 20mm thick machined griddle plate powered by 16.2kW heating elements, with three separate thermostatic heat zones giving chefs precise, independent temperature control across the entire cooking surface from 50 to 300°C.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, the unit is engineered for ease of cleaning, installation and servicing. Overlapping plate edges at the front and rear direct grease efficiently into a dedicated stainless steel grease drawer, while optional ribbed or mirror-finish hard chrome plates offer flexibility to suit different menu requirements. Default cabinet colour is black with additional colour options available, and the modular design allows seamless suite matching.

Key Benefits

• Three independent heat zones allow simultaneous cooking of different proteins, vegetables and breakfast items at their ideal temperatures, reducing errors and improving throughput.
• A 20mm thick machined griddle plate retains and distributes heat evenly, minimising hot spots and delivering consistent results across the full 1200mm cooking surface.
• Overlapping plate finishes at both front and rear channel grease directly into the stainless steel drawer, making end-of-service cleaning fast and reducing downtime between shifts.
• Optional ribbed or mirror-finish hard chrome plates expand menu capability without requiring a separate piece of equipment, saving valuable kitchen floor space.
• The fully modular cabinet base integrates neatly into a matched suite, keeping the kitchen layout organised and professional in appearance.
• Heavy-duty, heat-resistant reinforced control knobs with easy-view settings withstand the rigours of a busy service environment and reduce the likelihood of misreading temperature settings under pressure.
• Adjustable feet and additional rollers make installation straightforward and allow repositioning for cleaning or maintenance without heavy lifting.
• Built in New Zealand to Waldorf Bold standards and backed by a 24-month warranty, the unit is designed for long-term reliability in demanding commercial use.
