The Waldorf GPL8900E-LS is a 900mm wide electric griddle from the 800 Series, mounted on a dedicated leg stand and built for high-volume commercial kitchens. A 12kW heating element drives a 20mm thick machined griddle plate across a single temperature control zone, delivering consistent, even heat for breakfasts, burgers, seafood and a wide range of grilled items throughout a busy service.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout and manufactured in New Zealand, the GPL8900E-LS features top weld sealed plates with overlapping front and rear edges for straightforward cleaning, a stainless steel grease drawer for easy waste management, and heavy-duty reinforced control knobs for reliable daily operation. The leg stand is fully modular with 63mm diameter stainless steel legs, adjustable feet and two additional rollers, making installation, repositioning and integration into a matched suite straightforward. Optional ribbed plate sections and chrome mirror plate finishes are available to suit different menu requirements.
