Waldorf GPB8900G-LS Bold - 900mm Gas Griddle - Leg Stand

Waldorf Bold GPB8900G-LS 900mm Gas Griddle with Leg Stand

The Waldorf Bold GPB8900G-LS is a heavy-duty 900mm gas griddle mounted on a leg stand, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Powered by an 80MJ/hr thermostatic burner system across three burners, it delivers consistent, controllable heat across a 20mm thick smooth griddle plate, making it equally suited to breakfast service, burgers, seafood and a wide range of griddled fare.

Manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the GPB8900G-LS is engineered for durability and ease of use. Push-button piezo ignition, heavy-duty reinforced control knobs and a stainless steel grease drawer streamline daily operation, while top weld sealed plates and adjustable feet with two additional rollers simplify cleaning, installation and repositioning. Optional ribbed or chrome mirror plate configurations are available, and the unit ships in black as standard with other colour options on request.

Key Benefits

• 20mm thick griddle plate retains and distributes heat evenly, reducing hot spots and producing consistently well-cooked results across a busy service
• Thermostatic temperature control across a 100-290°C range allows precise heat management for different menu items without constant monitoring
• Push-button piezo ignition speeds up startup and removes the need for a separate ignition source, improving efficiency during service setup
• Stainless steel grease drawer captures drippings in one accessible tray, making clean-down faster and safer between services
• Top weld sealed plates prevent grease and debris from penetrating joints, reducing deep-cleaning time and extending plate life
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers make it straightforward to level the unit on uneven floors and reposition it for cleaning or reconfiguration
• Optional ribbed or chrome mirror plate surfaces broaden the cooking repertoire, adding sear marks or a higher-performance non-stick finish without changing the base unit
• Leg stand configuration provides convenient working height and open undershelf storage, keeping the cooking area organised during busy service
• Backed by a 24-month warranty and New Zealand manufacture, offering reliable after-sales support for commercial operators
