Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel throughout, the GPB8900E-CD features dual independent thermostatic control zones covering left and right sides of the plate, giving operators precise temperature management across the full cooking surface. The cabinet base is fully modular to match suite configurations, and the unit is available in custom colours with optional ribbed or hard chrome mirror plate finishes to suit specific menu and operational requirements.
