Waldorf GPB8120E-LS Bold - 1200mm Electric Griddle - Leg Stand

Waldorf Bold GPB8120E-LS 1200mm Electric Griddle on Leg Stand

The Waldorf Bold GPB8120E-LS is a 1200mm electric griddle mounted on a heavy-duty leg stand, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Powered by 16.2kW heating elements and featuring a 20mm thick machined griddle plate, it delivers consistent, reliable heat across a generous cooking surface suitable for everything from breakfast service to burgers, steaks and more.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout and manufactured in New Zealand, this unit offers three independent thermostatic heat zones across the left, centre and right of the plate, each adjustable between 50 and 300°C. The fully modular leg stand assembles without tools and integrates seamlessly into a matched Waldorf Bold suite, while practical features such as a stainless steel grease drawer, overlapping plate edges and sealed welds make daily cleaning fast and straightforward. Backed by a 24-month warranty.

Key Benefits

• Three independently controlled heat zones across the full 1200mm plate allow different foods to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures, maximising menu flexibility during peak service.
• A 20mm thick machined griddle plate stores and distributes heat evenly, reducing hot spots and ensuring consistent cooking results across the entire surface.
• Thermostatic controls with a 50-300°C range provide precise temperature management, helping kitchen staff maintain quality and reduce the risk of overcooking.
• Overlapping plate edges at the front and rear, combined with top weld-sealed plates and a stainless steel grease drawer, simplify cleaning between services and reduce downtime.
• The tool-free quick-assembly leg stand is fully modular, making installation straightforward and allowing the unit to integrate with other Waldorf Bold equipment for a matched suite.
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers on the leg stand allow easy repositioning and levelling on uneven kitchen floors.
• Optional ribbed plate sections or mirror-finish hard chrome plates expand cooking versatility without requiring a separate appliance.
• Heavy-duty, heat-resistant reinforced control knobs with easy-view settings and indicator lights for power and heating status support confident, at-a-glance operation in a busy kitchen environment.
