Waldorf GP8120G-B 800 Series - 1200mm Gas Griddle – Bench Model

Waldorf GP8120G-B 800 Series 1200mm Gas Griddle – Bench Model

The Waldorf GP8120G-B is a heavy-duty 1200mm bench-model gas griddle from the 800 Series, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, it features a 20mm thick griddle plate with top weld sealed construction for exceptional heat retention and uniform heat distribution across the full 1192mm x 530mm cooking surface.

Rated at 108MJ/hr (30kW) and driven by a thermostatic burner system with a temperature range of 100–290°C, this griddle delivers consistent, controllable results whether you're running a busy breakfast service, a burger operation, or high-turnover catering. Optional ribbed or chrome mirror plate configurations make it adaptable to a range of cooking styles, and the smooth-clean design keeps turnaround times short between services.

Key Benefits

• The 20mm thick plate retains and distributes heat evenly across the entire cooking surface, eliminating hot spots and ensuring consistent results across all four burners.
• Thermostatic temperature control across a 100–290°C range gives chefs precise management of cooking conditions, reducing the risk of over or undercooking during peak service.
• Push-button piezo ignition allows fast, reliable lighting without the need for a separate igniter, keeping downtime to a minimum at the start of service.
• Full pilot and flame failure protection provides an important safety safeguard, automatically cutting gas supply if the flame is extinguished.
• A stainless steel grease drawer and top weld sealed plates simplify cleaning, allowing grease and food debris to be removed quickly between sessions for faster turnaround.
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers make positioning and levelling straightforward during installation, as well as allowing the unit to be repositioned for servicing or cleaning.
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG (R 3/4 BSP male connection), the griddle suits a wide variety of kitchen setups without requiring custom fittings.
• Optional ribbed or chrome mirror plate upgrades allow the same unit to be configured for different menu applications, from searing meat to delicate proteins.
• Backed by a 24-month warranty on parts and labour, the GP8120G-B delivers long-term reliability and confidence in a demanding commercial environment.
