Waldorf GP8120E-CB 800 Series - 1200mm Electric Griddle - Cabinet Base

Waldorf GP8120E-CB 800 Series 1200mm Electric Griddle on Cabinet Base

The Waldorf GP8120E-CB is a heavy-duty 1200mm electric griddle built on a cabinet base as part of the renowned 800 Series, designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Powered by 16.2kW of electric heating across nine 1.8kW stainless steel sheathed elements, it features a solid 20mm thick machined griddle plate as standard, delivering exceptional heat retention and consistent temperature distribution across the entire cooking surface.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel throughout, this unit combines a fully modular cabinet base with a practical single-zone thermostatic control system, making it straightforward to operate and maintain. The cabinet base is fully modular to match suite configurations, and the griddle is available with optional ribbed plate sections or mirror finish hard chrome plates to suit a variety of cooking applications.

Key Benefits

• The 20mm thick machined griddle plate retains and distributes heat evenly, reducing hot spots and ensuring consistent cooking results across the full 1200mm surface.
• Thermostatic temperature control across the cooking zone allows operators to dial in precise heat settings between 50 and 300°C, supporting everything from delicate proteins to high-volume searing.
• Top weld sealed plates and overlapping plate edges at the front and rear minimise grease traps, making cleaning faster and more thorough between service periods.
• The integrated stainless steel grease drawer captures run-off efficiently, reducing mess and simplifying routine maintenance during and after service.
• Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs with easy-view settings are heat resistant and built to withstand the rigours of continuous commercial use.
• Adjustable feet and two additional rollers allow precise levelling on uneven floors and easy repositioning for cleaning or kitchen reconfiguration.
• The fully modular cabinet base with double-skin 304 stainless steel construction provides a hygienic, durable storage solution and supports matched suite integration with other 800 Series equipment.
• Optional ribbed plate sections and mirror finish hard chrome plate upgrades expand the versatility of the unit for grilling, searing and presentation-quality cooking.
• New Zealand manufactured and backed by a 24-month warranty, the GP8120E-CB is engineered for long-term reliability in high-turnover commercial kitchens.
