Waldorf FNLB8226GE Bold - 450mm Twin Pan Gas Fryer Low Back Version

Waldorf FNLB8226GE Bold 450mm Twin Pan Gas Fryer Low Back Version

The Waldorf FNLB8226GE is part of the Waldorf Bold range and delivers serious frying capacity in a compact 450mm-wide footprint. Twin independent pans each hold 13 litres of oil, giving a combined 26-litre capacity and a total production rate of 31kg per hour, making it well suited to high-volume commercial kitchens, canteens and food service venues.

Each pan is heated by a dedicated 45MJ/hr infrared burner, providing rapid heat recovery and consistent frying temperatures across the 145–195°C range. Digital electronic controls with a digital display make temperature management straightforward, while the low back configuration suits installations where a full splashback is already in place or bench height clearance is required.
