Waldorf FNL8226G 800 Series - 450mm Twin Pan Gas Fryer Low Back Version

Waldorf FNL8226G 800 Series 450mm Twin Pan Gas Fryer Low Back Version

The Waldorf FNL8226G is a 450mm twin pan gas fryer from the respected 800 Series, designed and built in New Zealand for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. Each of the two independent pans holds 13 litres of oil, giving a combined 26-litre capacity, and the unit delivers a production rate of 31 kg/hr to keep pace during peak service periods.

Powered by two 45 MJ/hr infrared burners with thermostatic mechanical controls, the FNL8226G offers consistent, responsive temperature management across a range of 145 to 195°C. The low back configuration suits kitchens where overhead clearance or bench sightlines are a priority, and the 304 stainless steel construction throughout ensures durability and straightforward sanitation.

Key Benefits

• Twin independent 13-litre pans allow two different products to be fried simultaneously, maximising menu flexibility during busy service.
• A 31 kg/hr production rate supports high-throughput operations without compromising food quality or consistency.
• Infrared burner technology delivers rapid, even heat transfer for fast oil recovery between batches, reducing waiting time.
• Thermostatic mechanical controls maintain precise temperatures between 145 and 195°C, helping staff achieve repeatable frying results with minimal training.
• Low back design provides better sightlines across the cooking suite and suits venues with height restrictions or specific ventilation layouts.
• 304 stainless steel construction throughout resists corrosion, withstands heavy daily use, and makes cleaning and sanitising faster and more effective.
• Simple mechanical controls and an accessible design reduce downtime for cleaning, installation, and routine servicing.
• Compatible with both natural gas and LPG via a standard R 3/4 BSP male connection, providing installation flexibility across different sites.
