Waldorf FN8235E 800 Series - 600mm Twin Pan Electric Fryer

Waldorf FN8235E 800 Series 600mm Twin Pan Electric Fryer

The Waldorf FN8235E is a heavy-duty twin pan electric deep fryer from the 800 Series, purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchens. Each pan holds 17.5 litres of oil and is heated by an 11kW flat bar stainless steel element, delivering a combined output of up to 40kg of fried product per hour to keep pace with demanding service periods.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the FN8235E is designed for durability, straightforward cleaning, and seamless integration into modular kitchen lines. An electronic thermostat with a 90-190°C range provides precise, consistent temperature control, while the fully modular design simplifies both installation and ongoing servicing.

Key Benefits

• Twin 17.5L pans allow simultaneous frying of different products, boosting throughput and menu flexibility during busy service.
• A 40kg per hour production rate ensures consistent output even during peak demand, minimising customer wait times.
• Electronic thermostat with a 90-190°C range gives operators accurate temperature control for repeatable frying results across different menu items.
• Fast heat recovery from the dual 11kW elements reduces downtime between batches, keeping the kitchen running efficiently.
• Full stainless steel construction resists corrosion and withstands the rigours of daily commercial use, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
• 25mm drain valves on each pan make oil changes and cleaning quicker and safer, supporting food hygiene standards.
• Fully modular design integrates cleanly into 800 Series suites and simplifies installation, reconfiguration, and service access.
• Heavy-duty 150mm stainless steel legs with two adjustable feet allow stable, level installation on uneven floors.
