Thermaster PG210FE-XG Wet and Dry Bain Marie Display 6x1/1 GN Pans

Thermaster PG210FE-XG Wet and Dry Bain Marie Display 6x1/1 GN Pans

The Thermaster PG210FE-XG is a commercial-grade wet and dry bain marie display unit designed to hold and present hot food at consistent serving temperatures across six full-size 1/1 GN pan positions. Featuring convective thermal airflow with humidity control, submerged heating elements for wet operation, and a halogen heating lamp for dry operation, the unit maintains food quality and moisture without cooking or reheating product. A tempered glass canopy provides clear visibility of food on display, making it well suited to buffets, cafeterias, restaurants, and catering venues.

Built entirely from stainless steel for durability and hygiene, the PG210FE-XG includes an ambient storage cabinet beneath the serving bench with sliding doors, a perforated pan divider, and castors for easy repositioning. The analogue temperature control and temperature-reach indicator light allow straightforward day-to-day operation, while the streamlined design simplifies cleaning at the end of service. GN pans and dividers are not included and must be fitted at all times during operation.
