The Bonvue BM17SC is a heavy-duty square countertop bain marie built for busy commercial food service environments including restaurants, cafes, canteens, buffets and catering operations. Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a tubular frame, it accommodates 5x 1/1 GN pans or a double row of 1/2 GN pans up to 100mm deep, and operates in both wet and dry modes to suit a wide variety of hot food holding applications.

Designed to keep soups, sauces, meats, vegetables and prepared foods at safe serving temperatures throughout service, the BM17SC combines practical function with front-of-house presentation. Warm white lighting with a stainless steel light cover, an 8mm tempered glass cover, a rear 5mm tempered glass sliding door and overhead heating lamps create an inviting display while maintaining food quality and hygiene. An optional trolley base is available separately via the BMT range.
