Cooling is delivered via a cold plate and frosty coil held at 0°C, supported by a silent hermetic compressor with a double high-quality turbo-ventilated condenser and an environmentally considered hydrocarbon refrigerant. An electronic digital thermostat allows accurate temperature adjustment, while integrated LED lighting ensures displayed products are clearly visible throughout service. Note that this unit is designed for active food service periods only and is not suitable for overnight product storage.
