RoboChef MSS7K Cooking Robot

RoboChef MSS7K Cooking Robot

The RoboChef MSS7K is a fully automated commercial cooking robot designed for high-volume, standardised food production. With a 7kg dish capacity and an output of up to 80kg per hour, it suits busy catering operations where consistency, speed and labour efficiency are critical priorities. Its 3D electromagnetic induction system heats the 520 x 520mm uncoated high-tech alloy pot to over 300°C in approximately 10 seconds, while multi-sensor temperature control maintains precision throughout the entire cook cycle.

Supporting a broad range of cooking modes including pan fry, stir fry, deep fry, braise and boil, the MSS7K automates both the cooking process and ingredient delivery. Eleven sauce nozzles and four solid seasoning trays dispense ingredients automatically with a feeding accuracy as fine as 1g, eliminating manual intervention and reducing waste. Cloud management enables continuous recipe evolution and program sharing across sites, making this robot a scalable solution for multi-outlet foodservice businesses.

Key Benefits

• Produces up to 80kg of cooked food per hour from a single 7kg capacity unit, dramatically increasing kitchen throughput without additional labour.
• Reaches maximum cooking temperature in roughly 10 seconds via 3D electromagnetic induction, reducing pre-heat time and energy consumption.
• Automates sauce and ingredient addition with accuracy down to 1g, ensuring every dish is reproduced to the exact same recipe standard.
• Pre-set menus combined with customisable programming allow kitchen teams to lock in recipes and hand control to less-skilled staff with confidence.
• Cloud management backend supports continuous program evolution and centralised recipe control, ideal for multi-site operations needing consistent output across venues.
• Covers five distinct cooking modes in one machine, reducing the need for separate cooking appliances and freeing valuable kitchen footprint.
• IPX5-rated waterproof body simplifies end-of-service cleaning with direct water rinsing, supporting food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Voice notifications alert staff when cook stages are complete, allowing operators to attend to other tasks without monitoring the machine closely.
• Integrated storage cabinet and included ingredient trays and containers keep the workstation organised and all components consolidated in one unit.
