Cooling is delivered from two sources simultaneously: a cold plate beneath the pans and a cross fin coil above, ensuring consistent food temperature throughout the display. The unit is designed for holding and displaying prechilled food (5°C or less) immediately prior to sale, and is rated for operation in a Climate Class 3 environment (25°C, 60% RH). It can be bench mounted, built-in or fitted to a trolley to suit different venue layouts, and comes supplied with 10 x 1/2 GN 65 mm pans ready to use.
