The Roband EFX25RD is a straight glass cold food display bar designed to keep cold foods at safe serving temperatures using a cold plate and cross fin coil cooling system that delivers chilling from both the top and bottom of the unit. Built for busy commercial environments including cafes, delis and service counters, it is piped and foamed only, meaning it connects to an external refrigeration source rather than including its own motor, making it ideal for centralised refrigeration setups. The unit is Australian made from 304 stainless steel with a tubular frame, and holds 10 x 1/2 GN pans up to 65mm deep.
Designed to complement the complete range of Roband straight hot food bars, the EFX25RD provides a cohesive front-of-house presentation solution for both hot and cold food service.
