The Prince Castle DHB24ACE is a dual-cavity, pass-through dedicated holding bin designed for high-volume commercial foodservice operations. With a total capacity of eight pans across two cavities, it allows product to be loaded from one side and retrieved from the other, streamlining the flow between kitchen and service areas. Timer bars are fitted on both sides of the unit, giving front-of-house and back-of-house staff independent visibility and control over hold times.

Each cavity features its own rack system accommodating four pans, supported by four individually controlled heaters per cavity – enabling different products to be held simultaneously at their optimal temperatures. The unit draws 2.6kW and is supplied corded with a 15 amp plug, making installation straightforward in most commercial kitchen environments.
