Mareno CP76E M1 90 Series Single Well Electric Pasta Cooker 42 Litre

The Mareno CP76E M1 is a freestanding single well electric pasta cooker from the 90 Series, built for demanding commercial kitchens that require consistent, high-volume pasta production through service. The unit is constructed throughout from AISI 304 stainless steel and incorporates a deep drawn AISI 316 polished stainless steel tank whose curved, radiused interior bottom makes thorough cleaning between services and at close of day straightforward and efficient.

With a 42 litre tank capacity, armoured immersion heating elements, and an energy regulator, the CP76E M1 delivers reliable boiling performance while supporting energy savings during stand-by periods. Rapid water recovery between basket loads allows back-to-back cooking without interruption, making this unit well suited to continuous high-volume pasta service.
