Manufactured in Australia from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, the GTS-9 is built for continuous professional use. The griddle section features a smooth mild steel plate with front waste channel and oil bin drawer, while the toasting section offers four rack height positions, an attached crumb catcher, and a secondary base crumb tray. Both sections are independently controlled via variable flame valves, allowing simultaneous griddling and toasting, melting, or warming operations from one gas connection.
