LUUS GTS-6 Griddle Toaster Gts 6 600Mm

LUUS GTS-6 Griddle Toaster 600mm Gas Combination Unit

The LUUS GTS-6 is a purpose-built combination griddle and toaster unit that delivers two distinct cooking functions within a compact 600mm wide, 800mm deep footprint. Heat deflectors channel radiant energy from the 21mm thick mild steel griddle plate upward into a dedicated toasting zone, eliminating the need for a separate salamander and freeing up valuable bench space in busy commercial kitchens.

Constructed from heavy duty 304 stainless steel throughout, the GTS-6 is manufactured in Australia and suits a wide range of high-volume applications including toasting, melting, warming, grilling and finishing. The unit operates on either natural gas or LPG at 46 MJ/h and features piezo ignition with flame failure device, variable flame control, and four adjustable toasting rack positions for precise results across different menu items.

Key Benefits

• Combines a commercial griddle and toaster in one unit, saving bench space and reducing equipment costs compared to running two separate appliances.
• Radiant heat deflectors direct energy from the griddle plate into the toasting zone for consistent, even toasting without a dedicated overhead element.
• Four toasting rack height positions allow staff to fine-tune the distance from the heat source and match intensity to the product being finished.
• Variable flame control with a low flame setting enables gentle melting and warming, while full burner output delivers fast, efficient toasting.
• A 21mm thick mild steel griddle plate retains heat effectively and provides a large 590mm x 540mm cooking surface for simultaneous high-volume orders.
• Stainless steel legs with a 55mm height adjustment range allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors, improving stability and safety.
• All components including the toaster rack, crumb catcher, supports and oil bin are accessible and removable from the front, simplifying daily cleaning and maintenance.
• Piezo ignition with flame failure device on every burner improves operational safety and ensures reliable re-ignition during busy service periods.
• Australian-made construction using 304 stainless steel panels and a welded front hob delivers long-term durability in demanding commercial environments.
