The LUUS CS-9C is a 900mm professional gas chargrill built for high-volume commercial kitchens, delivering authentic char flavour and defined grill marks across a generous 890 x 520mm cast iron cooking surface. Manufactured in Australia from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, this freestanding unit accepts both natural gas and LPG at a combined output of 99 MJ/h across three burners, making it equally suited to steakhouses, burger restaurants, hotels and catering operations.
Engineered for ease of use and reliable performance, the CS-9C features piezo ignition with flame failure devices, variable flame control valves with a low flame setting, and heavy-duty cast iron diamond grates with a cast iron heat-distributing hood as standard. Optional ceramic rocks and a cast iron ceramic rock tray are available to further enhance smokiness and heat evenness. All key components are accessible from the front, simplifying cleaning and routine maintenance during busy service periods.
