The LUUS CS-3C is a 300mm wide professional gas chargrill built for commercial kitchens where counter space is limited but output cannot be compromised. Constructed from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel throughout, it delivers authentic char marks and smoky flavour on steaks, burgers and chicken via a 33 MJ/h stainless steel tube burner paired with heavy-duty cast iron diamond grates across a 280 x 520mm cooking surface.

Designed and manufactured in Australia, the CS-3C is available in both natural gas and LPG configurations with a 3/4" BSP male connection and comes supplied with a gas regulator. A piezo ignition with flame failure device ensures safe, reliable start-up every service, while variable flame control with a low-flame setting gives operators precise heat management. Optional ceramic rocks and a cast iron ceramic rock tray are available to further enhance even heat distribution and smokiness.
