Hoshizaki RTC-90DEA-GN-3D Fridge 700MM

Hoshizaki RTC-90DEA-GN-3D Three-Drawer Underbench Fridge 900mm x 700mm

The Hoshizaki RTC-90DEA-GN-3D is a commercial underbench drawer fridge designed for high-frequency service environments such as cooklines and prep stations. Its three auto-closing gastronorm-compatible drawers allow kitchen teams to organise ingredients by station, while the forced-air refrigeration system delivers consistent, even cooling across all three drawers to maintain food quality and safety throughout service.

Constructed with stainless steel inside and out, this unit is built for the demands of a busy commercial kitchen, combining durability with straightforward hygiene maintenance. At 900mm wide and just 700mm deep, it integrates neatly beneath benches to make the most of available kitchen space, and the compact slide-out refrigeration unit makes routine servicing quick and practical.

Key Benefits

• Three dedicated drawers let chefs organise and access ingredients by station without rummaging through a single shared compartment, reducing preparation time during service.
• Auto-closing drawers minimise cold air loss every time a drawer is opened, helping the unit hold temperature consistently under heavy use.
• Forced-air circulation ensures even temperature distribution across all drawers, protecting food quality and meeting food safety requirements.
• Programmable digital temperature control with a display allows precise adjustment across a wide range, making the unit suitable for a broad variety of chilled storage applications.
• The compact 700mm depth fits neatly under standard bench heights, maximising usable floor and bench space in tight kitchen layouts.
• The slide-out refrigeration unit simplifies access for servicing and maintenance, reducing downtime in a working kitchen environment.
• Four 115mm lockable castors provide easy mobility for cleaning and repositioning, with optional adjustable legs available for installations that require a fixed height between 150mm and 180mm.
• Stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces are easy to clean and resist corrosion, supporting high hygiene standards over the long term.
