Hoshizaki RTC-125DEA-GN-4D Fridge 700MM

Hoshizaki RTC-125DEA-GN-4D 4-Drawer Underbench Gastronorm Fridge 1250mm

The Hoshizaki RTC-125DEA-GN-4D is a 1250mm wide underbench drawer refrigerator purpose-built for high-demand commercial kitchens. Four auto-closing gastronorm-compatible drawers provide fast, organised access to ingredients at cookline and prep stations, allowing kitchen teams to separate produce by station and retrieve items without fully opening a door, minimising cold air loss during peak service.

Forced-air circulation delivers consistent, even cooling across all four drawers to maintain food safety throughout service. The compact 700mm depth fits neatly beneath standard benchtops, while the slide-out refrigeration unit simplifies routine maintenance. Stainless steel construction inside and out ensures durability and easy cleaning, and the unit ships standard with 115mm lockable castors for straightforward repositioning on the kitchen floor.

Key Benefits

• Four dedicated drawers keep ingredients separated by station, improving kitchen workflow and reducing the time staff spend searching for items during service.
• Auto-closing drawers minimise cold air loss, helping the unit maintain safe holding temperatures even during busy periods with frequent access.
• Forced-air refrigeration circulates cool air evenly across all drawers, ensuring consistent temperature throughout the cabinet regardless of load.
• Low-profile underbench design at 815mm height (including castors) maximises usable bench space above and suits tight kitchen layouts.
• 700mm depth integrates cleanly beneath standard benchtops, making the unit practical for cooklines and prep areas where floor space is limited.
• Compact slide-out refrigeration unit allows technicians to service the refrigeration components quickly without major disruption to kitchen operations.
• 115mm lockable castors included as standard, making it easy to move the unit for cleaning or reconfiguration, with optional adjustable legs available for a fixed installation.
• Programmable digital temperature controller with display gives kitchen managers precise, repeatable control over holding temperatures.
• Stainless steel interior and exterior construction resists corrosion and withstands the rigorous cleaning demands of a commercial kitchen environment.
