Goldstein GPEDB48-X 800 X-Series Electric Griddle Plate

Goldstein GPEDB48-X 800 X-Series Electric Griddle Plate

The Goldstein GPEDB48-X is an Australian-made commercial electric griddle from the 800 X-Series range, built to handle the rigours of high-volume professional kitchens. Its 12 mm thick mild steel cooking plate measures 1215 x 520 mm and is divided into independent 305 mm zones, each driven by a dedicated 6 kW heating element and a thermostat adjustable from 50°C to 300°C, delivering precise, consistent heat across the entire surface for all-day service.

Constructed with a fully welded stainless steel body, stainless fascia and sides, an integrated spill channel, and removable grease trays, the GPEDB48-X is engineered for both durability and rapid cleaning between service periods. Adjustable legs, front-access servicing, large heat-resistant control knobs, and illuminated ON indicator lights make daily operation straightforward, while multiple installation and plate finish options allow the unit to suit a wide range of café, restaurant, and foodservice environments.

Key Benefits

• Independent zone thermostats from 50°C to 300°C allow different foods to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures, maximising cooking flexibility during peak service.
• Even heat distribution across the full 1215 x 520 mm mild steel plate reduces hot spots, ensuring consistent results for breakfasts, burgers, seafood, and more.
• Integrated spill channel and removable grease trays keep fat and food debris contained, making end-of-service cleaning fast and hygienic.
• Fully welded stainless steel body with stainless fascia and sides resists corrosion and the physical demands of a busy commercial kitchen, extending the working life of the unit.
• All components are accessible from the front of the unit, minimising downtime during routine servicing and maintenance without the need to move the griddle.
• Adjustable legs ranging from 112 mm to 132 mm allow the working height to be fine-tuned to suit the operator or installation surface.
• Multiple installation configurations including benchtop, stand with undershelf, and cupboard base provide flexibility for kitchens of varying sizes and layouts.
• Supplied without a plug or lead, enabling a certified electrician to connect the unit directly to a 3-phase supply for a clean, compliant installation.
• Proudly manufactured in Australia, supporting local industry and ensuring parts availability and after-sales support are readily accessible.
