The Gasmax KB-3LPG is a semi-automatic vertical broiler designed for commercial kitchens producing gyros, shawarmas, doner kebabs, tacos al pastor and similar rotisserie-style meats. Running on LPG at 36 MJ/h through three infrared ceramic burners, the machine holds up to 29 kg of meat on its spit and delivers consistent radiant heat that keeps the interior succulent while forming a delicately crisp outer crust.

Built around a sturdy stainless steel frame with stainless steel heat shields on both sides, the KB-3LPG is engineered for demanding, high-volume service.
