Built from stainless steel throughout for durability and straightforward cleaning, the EOF-54 runs on a standard 240V supply and delivers an average flow rate of 13 litres per minute via its 3.5 GPM pump. A quick-disconnect hose simplifies setup and breakdown between filtering cycles. Note that this machine is suitable for vegetable-based frying oils only and is not intended for use with animal fats.
