The unit accommodates 20 x 1/1 GN trays via direct roll-in transfer of a Convotherm 20 tray combi trolley rack, delivering a chilling capacity of 85 kg and a freezing capacity of 40 kg per cycle, with load capacities varying depending on thermal conductivity, product thickness and the container used. The trolley is not included, and alternative combi trolley rack configurations can be nominated at the point of order.

Control is managed through a 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen featuring generously sized keys, and Friginox's Self Adaptive Intelligent Chilling technology automatically modulates cooling air temperatures to match the product being processed, safeguarding texture, moisture and shelf life while keeping the unit fully HACCP compliant. The MX65cAT7R-CF operates on eco-friendly R455A refrigerant and is insulated with 60 mm injected polyurethane foam free of CFC, HCFC and HFC compounds. It arrives installation-ready, complete with an insulated stainless steel floor and ramp, drip tray, expansion valve, solenoid valve and piping.
