The Friginox MX4STS7-CF is a heavy-duty roll-in blast chiller and freezer designed for high-volume commercial operations including production kitchens, hotels, hospitals, bakeries, and large-scale catering facilities. Built to handle the rigours of central kitchen and commissary food production environments, it accommodates four 1/1 GN trolleys and delivers a 320 kg blast chilling capacity alongside a 150 kg blast freezing capacity. The unit is offered in single-access or pass-through configurations with various door opening options, and is powered by a separately installed remote condensing unit (sold separately).

At the core of this unit is Friginox's Self-Adaptive Intelligent Chilling technology, which continuously adjusts the cooling air temperature to match the specific product being processed, preserving texture, moisture, flavour and shelf life while supporting HACCP compliance. Operators interact with the system via a 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen featuring large, easy-to-use keys.
