Controlled through a 7-inch ergonomic touch screen with large keys, the MX20AENCT7R provides an extensive selection of chilling, freezing and auxiliary operating modes, including ice cream hardening, ventilation drying and raw fish sanitisation. The cabinet uses eco-friendly R455A refrigerant, incorporates a double air flow evaporator for thorough temperature penetration, and is insulated with 60mm injected polyurethane foam that contains no CFC, HCFC or HFC compounds.
