The FED-X XPA800BT is a purpose-built upright bakery freezer cabinet designed to meet the demands of high-volume bakeries, patisseries, and commercial production kitchens. With a gross capacity of 737 litres and a net usable volume of 612 litres, it accommodates up to 10 adjustable 600mm x 800mm bakery pans, making the organisation and storage of dough, pastry, and pre-prepared bakery products straightforward and efficient. Fan-forced cooling combined with automatic defrost maintains a consistent temperature range of -18 to -22°C, even in ambient conditions up to 43°C at 70% relative humidity.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel inside and out, the XPA800BT offers excellent hygiene and long-term durability in demanding kitchen environments. Rounded interior bottom corners simplify cleaning, while 60mm CFC-free insulation maximises cold retention and energy efficiency. A Dixell digital controller provides precise temperature monitoring, and the R290 natural refrigerant ensures an environmentally responsible refrigeration solution. The reversible, self-closing door features a replaceable magnetic seal and an integrated door lock, delivering reliable performance and security during every service.
