Fagor CO-142BDD EVO-CONCEPT Pass-through Dishwasher

Fagor CO-142BDD EVO-CONCEPT Pass-Through Dishwasher

The Fagor CO-142BDD is a hood-type pass-through dishwasher from the EVO Generation Concept range, engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens that demand consistent, hygienic warewashing results. With a throughput of up to 65 baskets or 1,170 dishes per hour and three selectable wash cycles, it adapts to varying service demands without compromising on clean results.

Built entirely in stainless steel and featuring a counterbalanced hood, electronic controls, and thermostatic temperature management for both wash and rinse stages, the CO-142BDD is a Watermark certified product ready for Australian commercial kitchen installation. It operates on three-phase power but can be converted to single-phase 415V/50Hz, giving operators flexibility across different site configurations.

Key Benefits

• Throughput of 65 baskets or up to 1,170 dishes per hour keeps clean ware flowing even during peak service periods.
