Fagor BG9-10 900 series natural gas 2 grid grill

Fagor BG9-10 900 Series Natural Gas 2 Grid Grill

The Fagor BG9-10 is a heavy-duty natural gas grill from the 900 Series, designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. Volcanic lava rocks are heated via AISI-18/10 stainless steel tubular pipes, delivering consistent radiant heat across two large cast iron cooking grids for authentic char-grilled results.

Built from stainless steel throughout, the BG9-10 combines straightforward piezoelectric ignition with robust safety features including safety valves and thermocouples. A removable grease collection tray simplifies clean-down at the end of service, while the three-position adjustable cooking grid angle gives operators precise control over heat intensity and cooking style.

Key Benefits

• Lava rock heating system produces even, radiant heat that mimics traditional charcoal grilling without the mess or inconsistency.
• Three-position adjustable grid angle allows operators to tailor cooking intensity for different proteins and service demands.
• Piezoelectric ignition provides reliable, tool-free burner start-up to keep service moving efficiently.
• Safety valves and thermocouples on each burner protect staff and equipment if a flame is unexpectedly extinguished.
• Removable grease collection tray makes end-of-service cleaning faster and more thorough.
• Large twin cast iron grids (each 410 x 580 mm) offer substantial cooking surface area suited to high-throughput kitchens.
• Full stainless steel construction, including stainless steel burners, ensures long-term durability in demanding kitchen environments.
