Emainox 8046580THC 8046580 Drop-in Refrigerated Well

Emainox 8046580THC Drop-in Refrigerated Well 2105mm

The Emainox 8046580THC is a 2105mm wide drop-in refrigerated well designed to integrate chilled gastronorm storage directly into a servery counter or prep surface. Cross-flow cold air refrigeration circulates evenly across the wells to maintain a consistent holding temperature between +2°C and +5°C, making it well suited to displaying and storing a wide range of perishable foods in high-volume commercial kitchen environments.

Powered by the environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which carries a low global warming potential, the unit is engineered to operate reliably in ambient temperatures of up to 43°C. A digital control system with automatic defrost and a lift-up evaporator for easy cleaning combine to reduce day-to-day maintenance demands, while adjustable airflow velocity and height-adjustable wells give operators the flexibility to accommodate different foods and container sizes.

Key Benefits

• Cross-flow refrigeration delivers even temperature distribution throughout the wells, reducing hot spots and helping food stay consistently chilled.
• Adjustable airflow velocity lets operators tailor cooling conditions to suit delicate or varied food items without over-chilling or drying out product.
• Height-adjustable wells with a 30 to 150mm adjustment range accommodate gastronorm containers of different depths, improving versatility across service styles.
• Digital temperature control provides precise, repeatable settings that are easy to monitor and adjust during service.
• Automatic defrost functionality prevents frost and ice build-up on the evaporator, sustaining efficient operation and reducing manual intervention.
• Lift-up evaporator design allows fast, straightforward cleaning and maintenance access, minimising downtime between services.
• R290 refrigerant offers a low global warming potential, supporting sustainability goals without compromising cooling performance.
• Rated for ambient temperatures up to 43°C, making the unit reliable in hot kitchen or outdoor catering environments.
• Drop-in installation integrates seamlessly into existing servery counters, keeping workflow tidy and maximising usable counter space.
