Emainox 8046503THC 8046503 Drop-in Refrigerated Well

Emainox 8046503THC Drop-in Refrigerated Well 1780mm

The Emainox 8046503THC is a 1780mm wide drop-in refrigerated well designed to integrate chilled gastronorm storage directly into a servery counter or food service station. Cross-flow cold air circulation maintains a consistent well temperature between +2°C and +5°C, making it well suited to holding a broad range of perishable foods throughout a busy service period.

Powered by environmentally responsible R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which carries a low global warming potential, the unit is engineered to operate reliably in ambient temperatures up to 43°C. A digital control system with automatic defrost and a lift-up evaporator for straightforward cleaning make this well a practical, low-maintenance solution for high-volume commercial kitchens.

Key Benefits

• Cross-flow refrigeration delivers even temperature distribution across all wells, reducing hot spots and keeping food safely chilled throughout service.
• Adjustable air-flow velocity allows operators to fine-tune cooling intensity to suit delicate or moisture-sensitive foods without compromising product quality.
• Height-adjustable wells with a 30 to 150mm range accommodate gastronorm containers of varying depths, giving flexibility across different menu setups.
• Drop-in configuration integrates cleanly into existing servery counters and food service lines, preserving counter space and workflow.
• Digital temperature controls provide precise, repeatable settings so staff can maintain consistent food safety standards with minimal effort.
• Automatic defrost functionality reduces manual maintenance tasks and helps sustain efficient refrigeration performance over extended operating periods.
• Lift-up evaporator design allows quick, unobstructed access for cleaning, supporting hygiene compliance and reducing downtime.
• R290 refrigerant offers a low global warming potential, supporting sustainability goals without sacrificing cooling performance.
• Rated for ambient temperatures up to 43°C, the unit performs reliably in hot kitchen environments typical of busy commercial operations.
